Hadith :
Dari Aisyah r.a katanya, dia membeli bantal-bantal kecil bergambar-gambar. Maka tatkala Rasulullah s.a.w melihat bantal-bantal tersebut baginda berhenti di muka pintu dan tidak terus masuk. Aku tahu dari wajah baginda bahawa baginda tidak senang. Berkata Aisyah:”Ya Rasulullah! Aku bertaubat kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya. Apakah kesalahanku? Rasulullah s.a.w kembali bertanya:”Bantal-bantal apakah itu?” Jawab Aisyah, “Aku membelinya sebagai tempat duduk anda atau tempat anda bersandar.” Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w:”Pelukis gambar-gambar ini akan disiksa di hari kiamat seraya dikatakan kepada mereka:”Hidupkanlah gambar-gambar yang kamu lukis itu!” Kemudian baginda bersabda:”Sebuah rumah yang terdapat di dalamnya gambar-gambar (haiwan), malaikat tidak mahu masuk ke dalam rumah itu.”
